Acquisitions & Integration
Support in the acquisition and integration of new practices into our network. mydentist is built on the idea of ‘altogether better’, and we’re looking for empathetic, people-focused individuals to build relationships with clinicians and existing practice teams and show them how we can help.
Central Operations
Help us grow, improve performance and patient care, and plan for the future with new ideas and out of the box strategies. We’re looking for business-minded experts with a personal touch to support our practices, create effective projects and initiatives, and ensure we’re doing all we can for our patients.
Clinical Management & Support
We’re always on the lookout for clinical experts ready to provide ongoing support, development, specialist knowledge, and advice to clinicians, empowering them to deliver the highest level of care to our patients.
Commissioning
Liaise with NHS Commissioners to manage and maintain NHS contracts in England & Wales, while developing and seeking out new opportunities to offer dental services to the private sector: our Commissioning staff play a vital and exciting role in what we do.
Facilities
Support practices and head office with both dental and business issues, reportable events and critical incidents. No matter how big or small the problem, you’ll be on hand to guarantee we can fix it the first time.
Finance
Got a flair for numbers? Join our Finance team and use your skills to provide purchasing and financial support across the business, down to the last decimal point.
Group Legal Services
On-hand to offer legal and compliance services to all the divisions and business units across mydentist, our legal team are experts at delivering efficient, commercially focused legal support and advice.
HR, Learning & Development and Resourcing
Help ensure mydentist attracts, retains and develops the very best talent in the dental market. This versatile team is made up of ambitious individuals providing crucial support in a range of fields, from employee relations and rewards to training and more.
IT
Our IT teams maintain and develop our IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our Support Centre teams and network of over 600 practices. From telephone systems to the data warehouse where our management data is stored, IT is a fundamental part of mydentist.
Marketing
Although each of our practices works independently, we strive to support them in branding, promotions, patient drives, and generally raising the profile of mydentist as a whole, via our experienced and creative central marketing team.
Procurement
We’re dedicated to making sure we get the best value for money for the services and products we buy. We do this by developing good relationships with leading dental companies and third-party suppliers with the help of our experienced Procurement team.
