Practice Managers
We have an extensive network of modern practices across the length and breadth of the UK. Each practice is independently managed with additional central support and staffed by close-knit teams local to the area.
Whether you have pre-existing experience management in a clinical environment, or in other industries such as retail or hospitality, we want individuals with the ability and skills to manage others in a way that encourages them to be the best they can be.
You’ll work with self-employed and employed colleagues on both the operational and clinical sides, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of your practice.
Your responsibilities will include P&L, resourcing, costs, budgets and compliance, as well as managing those in your team to be the best they can be. You’ll work closely with practice clinicians, with support from our experienced central teams, to provide the highest possible levels of care.
