Joining {my}dentist as a Treatment Coordinator

Our Treatment Coordinators support patients every step of the way, from booking appointments and providing consultations to working with clinicians to create bespoke treatment plans.

You’ll be with patients from start to finish, ensuring we provide the highest level of care possible and guaranteeing they leave with a smile.

Our hiring process

Stage 1

You’ll apply for one of our available Treatment Coordinator roles.

Stage 2

You’ll then be contacted by a Recruiter as a potential candidate based on your CV, and will undergo a pre-screening interview with them to see if you would be a good fit.

Stage 3

Following the pre-screen interview, your details will be sent to one of our Practice Managers, who will conduct a first stage interview with you – either face to face or via Teams call. This will be followed by a second stage interview.

Stage 4

If you’re successful, you’ll receive a Conditional Offer from the recruiter. Once you’ve accepted the offer, you’ll receive your contract and onboarding documents.

Stage 5

Prior to your start date, your Hiring Manager will put together your induction, and let you know both your start date and what you’ll be doing on your first day. From there, your journey with {my}dentist begins!
