Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the prize draw is mydentist Group Limited trading as mydentist, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 5657369 and with its registered office address at Europa House, Europa Trading Estate, Stoneclough Road, Kearsley, Manchester M26 1GG (“mydentist”) in conjunction with SDI Dental Innovations Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 11163556 and with its registered office Hunters Lodge, Midhurst Road, Lavant, United Kingdom, PO18 0DA (“SDI”).
2. The first prize is a trip to Melbourne, Australia, as further described below, along with a hamper of SDI products, as further described below.
3. The second prize is a hamper of SDI products, as further described below.
4. The third prize is a hamper of SDI products, as further described below.
5. SDI reserves the right to amend the specification of any of the prizes or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, for example if any part of the prizes is unavailable for any reason.
6. No cash alternative to any prize will be available and none of the prizes are transferable.
7. Subject to these terms and conditions, the prizes are available to be won by anyone who enters the prize draw by submitting their details using the appropriate online entry form.    
8. Participants will be verified for eligibility.
9. Eligible participants will be able to validly enter the prize draw from 9am on 25^th October 2023 until 5pm on 28^th August 2024, when the prize draw will be closed. 
10. This prize draw is open to UK dental students (BDS), foundation/vocational dentists and dental core trainees in the UK over the age of 18 only.
11. Eligible participants must complete all data fields marked with an asterix (*) in the prize draw entry form for their entry to be valid.
12. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
13. The winners shall be drawn at random by mydentist on or around 2^nd September 2024 from all valid entries received before the closing date referred to in clause 9 above.  The draw will be conducted in accordance with the laws of chance and will be independently supervised.  If a non-conforming entry is drawn it shall be disqualified and that ineligible entrant shall not be awarded a prize.
14. The winners will be notified by mydentist within 7 days of the draw. 
15. The contact details provided by the winners on entry to the prize draw will be shared with SDI by mydentist.  SDI will contact the winners to organise receipt of the prizes. 
16. The winners may have their names published on the mydentist careers website and in any marketing publications. 
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta/Facebook/Instagram.  

Prizes Details

1st prize

Hamper as described below plus return flights paid from UK (any airport) to Melbourne AU for two people, 4* hotel paid for 3 nights in Melbourne for two people, taxi pick up for a trip to SDI head office in Melbourne for a tour of our Head Office and Manufacturing Plant where all products are made. Evening meal with R & D team. This prize can be taken any time between October 2024 and June 2025 – please note that our Head Office will be closed between Christmas and New Year so avoid those weeks.

2nd & 3rd prize

A hamper of SDI products worth £1,000 containing the following products: 1 box Riva SC, 1 box Riva LC, 1 kit Pola Night 10%, 1 Pola light, 1 bottle of Zipbond, adhesive, 1 bottle Riva Star Aqua, 1 kit Luna 2 composite and 1 Ultramat trituration machine.
