Find a better balance

Clinicians increasingly want to find a better balance between their work and family life, grow the career that is right for them, and get back to why they got into dentistry in the first place: to support patients and help their local communities.

We’re seeing more clinicians than ever looking to leave the crowds behind and start a new life in the country. They want more space, less stress, and to feel part of a real community again – and {my}dentist is helping them to do it.

As the leading provider of dentistry, {my}dentist has practices right across the UK, including many in smaller towns and villages that combine the best of both worlds: access to the countryside, a vibrant local community, and a more affordable cost of living, but still with great access to all of the amenities of modern life.

We’re recruiting right across the country and can offer you a full package of support and assistance to relocate, including a welcome bonus to get you set up. Our Relocation Manager will guide you through every step of the process, from helping you find accommodation to suggesting good local schools for the kids.

London is just an hour away. We’re proud to have two Advanced Oral Health Centres in Clacton-on-Sea and St James, which offer specialist treatments and implants with the latest CBDT scanners and digital radiography, and even 3D Imaging Cameras in Woodbridge and St James.

There’s plenty do, from watching international cricket in Taunton to visiting Clark’s village outlet shopping, and you’re only a short journey to the vibrant and culturally diverse cities of Bristol and Exeter. As a Dentist you will have the opportunity to work in our spacious and recently refurbished surgeries, such as Taunton, Chard and Frome, with state-of-the-art equipment and the ability to offer dentistry right at the heart of the community.

Lincolnshire
