Working for mydentist

I am a clinician and have been working for mydentist for nearly 4 years. My career has generally been quite plain sailing however I recently found myself in a bad way where I had let work and stress take over my life, I was feeling very down and didn’t want to come into work each day. I finally reached out to my manager and the response I received was amazing. The next day a meeting was arranged with my manager, my CSM and my ADM and they were all extremely patient and understanding. We ironed out exactly what was bothering me and all of them offered suggestions and guidance about how to go forwards. In the weeks following I had meetings with all 3 on several occasions and received emails and messages checking how I was getting on. I was really taken aback by the support I’ve received, I feel extremely well looked after and everyone has been very supportive in helping me resolve my issues. I feel very lucky to have this kind of support network, I have been made to feel very valued and I would not hesitate to approach anyone in future should I have any further issues.

A great place of work, so much opportunity to grow and develop and the capacity to do so. Senior managers are very approachable and encourage their teams to speak openly for continuous improvement.

Great company to work for. A major plus point is their academy that helps you in your career progression. There are a lot of opportunities in different sectors. I have worked for this company for the past eight years and plan to stay with them until retirement. I really enjoy working for them.
